I don't know about you but September feels like a month of ease to me. Not just because I’ve decided to prioritize a lil more self care in my life but it just gives that overall feeling of a self wake up call. With so much unease and surprise life attacks happening these days it’s even more important to do some self reflecting to make sure you’re taking care of you. As promised on my latest Insta post here are some ways to help you beef up your self care:
1. Set Clear Intentions
- Reflect on your goals for September, both in your personal life and your journey with holistic hair care. Align these goals with your values and take intentional steps toward achieving them.
2. Prioritize Holistic Self-Care
- Dedicate time daily to nourishing your mind, body, and hair. Whether it’s a nourishing hair mask, a calming herbal tea, or a moment of meditation, holistic self-care supports overall well-being.
3. Practice Gratitude
- Begin each day by acknowledging three things you’re grateful for, including the progress you’ve made in your daily routines. This practice fosters a positive mindset and keeps you connected to your journey.
